Celebrate Singing Around The World at Music Mosaic!
SCF President, Marcia McLean says, “Saskatchewan has experienced a lot of growth in recent years which means our population as a whole is changing and our culture is becoming more diverse. This is true for the music community as well and we decided to celebrate Saskatchewan’s flourishing musical community as we participate in the culture celebrations occurring across Canada. We feel that it is important to celebrate diversity in Saskatchewan. It raises awareness of culture and the musical opportunities that are available, and also emphasizes the importance of participating in cultural activities”.
Have you found your cultural bright spot? Make it Music Mosaic! We’ll be one of the many cultural events occurring throughout the province as part of the Culture Days celebrations.
If you would like more information about how you can be involved in this exciting event, contact the Saskatchewan Choral Federation at 1-877-524-6725 or email information@saskchoral.ca. Visit www.saskchoral.ca for more details.
